Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and confident Online Customer Support Associate to join our team at Petron Malaysia. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a part-time employee, you will play a crucial role in providing online support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via online chat, email, or social media platforms - Providing information about our products, promotions, and services to customers - Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue through online channels - Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance customer experience and satisfaction - Collecting feedback from customers and providing insights to improve our online support services - Meeting and exceeding customer service metrics and KPIs - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers and colleagues
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Persuasion skills and the ability to influence others - Strategic planning capabilities to drive business outcomes - Proficient in using online chat platforms and social media for customer support - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
