Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking an Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and resourceful, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms - Provide support and assistance to customers with online orders, account issues, and general inquiries - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
