Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Hilton is currently seeking an Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who possess a strong sense of adaptability and independence. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support services through various online platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage online chat support and email communication with customers - Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department - Assist with customer account management and data entry tasks - Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or online support - Strong project management skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent communication skills in English
