Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Sime Darby Berhad is seeking an Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, MY. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of reliability and adaptability, as well as soft skills such as adaptability and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online platforms. 2. Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3.
