Job Description:


Sime Darby Berhad is seeking an Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, MY. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of reliability and adaptability, as well as soft skills such as adaptability and emotional intelligence.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online platforms. 2. Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and delivering delight. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Provide feedback to improve customer support processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using online customer support tools and platforms. 6. Reliable and adaptable personality traits. 7. Soft skills in adaptability and emotional intelligence.
