Job Description:


Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. 6. Update customers on product information and promotions.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 3. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult customers with patience. 4. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. 5. Must be hardworking, dedicated, and willing to learn. 6. Must be eligible to work in Malaysia.
