Job description:
Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in customer support.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and professional customer support via online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their questions and concerns. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer preferences and trends. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer support strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: 1. Hardworking and confident with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to think strategically and plan effectively. 4. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve conflicts. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and online communication tools. 6. Knowledge of basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
