Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Online Customer Support Representative to join our team at Perodua in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level Online Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various online channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information and assisting customers with their online purchases. 3. Troubleshooting technical issues related to our online platform. 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively. 4. Resilient attitude to handle challenging situations with professionalism. 5. Motivated to provide top-notch customer service and exceed expectations. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
