As an Online Customer Support Representative at UMW Holdings Berhad, located in George Town, Penang - Malaysia, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. This part-time Associate level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide feedback on product improvements. 4. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting our products and services and maintaining a positive company image. 5. Assist in processing online orders, returns, and exchanges. 6. Monitor online reviews and ratings, escalating any major concerns to the appropriate stakeholders. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
