Job Description:
Sunway Group is seeking to hire a part-time Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Online Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and providing product information. 3. Identifying and escalating complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department. 4. Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers. 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve customer support processes and procedures. 6. Demonstrating a passion for customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive attitude in all customer interactions. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security protocols.
Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a strong passion for customer service is a must. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrate emotional intelligence. 4. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism. 5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software programs. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
