Job Description:


Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role. As an Online Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our online customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels. 6. Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and reliable individual who can work independently and as part of a team. 2. Strong cooperation and time management skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficient in using online customer support tools and platforms. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management systems is a plus.
