Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


AirAsia Group Berhad is seeking a Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and providing solutions to ensure a positive customer experience - Managing customer accounts, including processing orders and handling payment transactions - Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction - Providing technical support for online platforms and troubleshooting any issues that may arise - Monitoring online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Independent and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Ability to effectively manage relationships with customers and adapt to changing customer needs - Proficiency in using online customer support tools and platforms - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience with people management and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
