Job Description:

The Genting Group is seeking a dedicated and confident Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. - Utilize strong persuasion skills to guide customers towards making informed decisions about our products or services. - Analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience. - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or online chat support. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically. - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. - Confidence in handling various customer inquiries and challenges. - Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
