Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills to assist our customers through live chat on our website.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and answer any inquiries promptly and accurately - Assist customers with product information, order status, and general troubleshooting - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Negotiation skills to resolve customer issues - Cooperate with team members to achieve common goals - High school diploma or equivalent
