QSR Brands is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Assistant in Kuala Lumpur. As a part-time Associate level position, this role will require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat on our website to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and navigating the online platform - Work closely with the customer service team to escalate any complex issues or feedback from customers - Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special promotions, new products, and company updates - Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the online customer experience and suggest solutions to enhance user satisfaction
Requirements: - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on their feet - Excellent planning and organizational abilities to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment - Proficient computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
