Online Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

As an Online Live Chat Associate at Sunway Construction Group Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to online users through live chat platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Engage with online users in a professional and friendly manner to answer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions with online users - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices - Assist in monitoring and improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the online chat platform - Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Support other customer service channels as needed, including email and phone support

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and resilient personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Demonstrated leadership skills to lead by example and support team members - Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain professionalism under pressure
