Online Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Westports Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and driven Online Live Chat Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate level position, the Online Live Chat Officer will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat on our website to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve any issues they may have. This part-time position requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat on the company's website - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Drive sales by promoting products and services to customers through live chat - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers - Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus - Motivated and driven personality traits - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
