Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Live Chat Representative to join our team at AirAsia Group Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in customer service and communication within the fast-paced airline industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide real-time assistance to customers through online chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on booking flights, managing reservations, and other related queries. 2. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and offer timely and appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate complex issues and provide seamless customer support. 5. Maintain thorough knowledge of AirAsia's products, services, and policies to accurately assist customers and drive sales.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confidence and drive to excel in a fast-paced and challenging environment. 3. Strong people management skills and ability to creatively solve problems. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively. 6. Flexibility to work part-time hours and willingness to work remotely. 7. A passion for travel and a desire to provide top-notch customer service.
