Online Live Chat Representative

UEM Sunrise Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, identifying their needs, and offering solutions - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when interacting with customers - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and report any recurring issues to management

Requirements: - Hardworking and confident individual who is enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers online - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and other departments - Proven problem-solving abilities to handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet customer needs - Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
