Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

UEM Sunrise Berhad is looking for a dynamic and energetic Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level role, the Online Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong attention to detail and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer relationship management software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills
