Online Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, the Online Live Chat Specialist will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform. This is a part-time position, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Proactively reach out to customers to offer support and guidance, promoting products and services where relevant - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all channels - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and continuous improvement - Stay informed of industry trends and developments to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service, particularly in online chat support - Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Resourceful and driven personality traits, with a passion for solving problems and helping customers - Soft skills in persuasion and cooperation to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service tools - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
