Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Support Assistant

Job Description: As an Online Support Assistant at Telekom Malaysia Berhad in George Town, Penang, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various online platforms. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals who possess a keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. 5. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of online support initiatives.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Analytical mindset to identify patterns and trends in customer inquiries. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
