Online Support Assistant

Job Description: PPB Group Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Online Support Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic, confidence, research, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers via email, chat, and social media platforms - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Assist with order processing, tracking, and fulfillment - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
