We are looking for a passionate and motivated Online Support Manager to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As the Online Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online support team and ensuring the smooth operation of our online customer service channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the online support team, including recruitment, training, and performance management. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the online support channels. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online channels. 5. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the online support team. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in online customer service or a related field. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Experience with various online support tools and platforms. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
