Job description:


We are looking for a dynamic Online Support Manager to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Online Support Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the online support team in addressing customer inquiries and providing top-notch customer service. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and is at the Associate Level.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online support specialists to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries - Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the online support experience - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and improve overall online support processes - Analyze customer data and trends to make informed decisions on service improvements - Provide regular reports to senior management on key performance metrics and KPIs related to online support


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in online support or customer service roles - Confident and energetic personality with strong leadership skills - Excellent project management and persuasion skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that embraces change - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
