Job Description:
As an Online Support Officer at Hartalega Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients and customers through various online channels. This role requires a high level of dedication and confidence in assisting individuals with their inquiries and technical issues.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through email, chat, and social media platforms - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Conduct online research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience - Assist in the development and implementation of online support strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online communication platforms and customer support tools - Dedication to providing excellent customer service and finding creative solutions to problems - Confidence in handling various customer inquiries and technical issues
