Online Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Support Officer to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Online Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to customers through various online channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Monitor online platforms for any negative feedback or issues and address them promptly. 4. Assist in developing and implementing online support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online customer experience. 6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with customers. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online support.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Resilient and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong research and negotiation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
