Online Support Officer

Job Description:

YTL Corporation Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Online Support Officer to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being confident and resilient, as well as the soft skills of presentation and adaptability.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers through various channels, including email, live chat, and social media - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews online - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Assist in the development and implementation of online support strategies and initiatives

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in online customer support or a related field - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
