Job Description: Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a part-time Online Support Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and a passion for customer service and technology. The ideal candidate will be reliable, independent, and possess strong decision-making and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers via chat, email, and social media platforms - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical issues related to our products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong decision-making and persuasion skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
