Online Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Support Specialist to join our team at IJM Corporation Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Online Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online platforms. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online channels such as email, live chat, and social media. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and escalations. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest solutions. 6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist with the development and implementation of online support strategies.

Requirements: 1. Confident and resilient personality with a positive attitude. 2. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency with online communication tools and software. 7.
