Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Support Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang. This part-time, entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers through various channels such as email, live chat, and social media - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and troubleshooting - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
