Online Support Specialist

Media Prima Berhad is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Support Specialist to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers via chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 4. Monitor online platforms for any potential issues or trends. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of online support strategies. 6. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the online support experience.

Requirements: 1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 2. Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively. 3. Persuasive skills to influence customer behavior positively. 4. Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms. 5. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred.
