Online Support Specialist

Job Description:

Petronas is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Online Support Specialist. This part-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers through chat, email, and phone communication channels - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and feedback - Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively persuade customers - Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer issues efficiently - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
