Online Web Chat Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team at UEM Sunrise Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online web chat. 2. Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions with customers. 3. Assist customers in navigating the company website and online services. 4. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong time management and planning abilities. 3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other online communication tools. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Must be a team player and able to work well independently.
