Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description: As an Online Web Chat Assistant at Genting Group in Malacca City, Melaka, you will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat services on our website. You will need to provide prompt and accurate information to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online chat services to provide assistance and support. 2. Provide information on products, services, promotions, and company policies. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in customer service. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions for future reference.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 2. Motivated and confident with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think innovatively. 4. Project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Familiarity with online chat systems and customer relationship management software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Must have a positive attitude and be a quick learner. 8. Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
