Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Web Chat Associate to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or online chat support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via online web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer concerns effectively. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and consistent support for customers. 4. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards customer interactions, striving to provide a high level of service at all times. 5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. 2. Excellent typing skills and proficiency in using online chat platforms. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 5. Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is preferred. 6. Dedicated and reliable work ethic.
