Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and passionate Online Web Chat Associate to join our team at Eco World Development Group Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online web chat to provide support and assistance with inquiries - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company - Conduct research to provide accurate information to customers - Utilize emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and empathize with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
