Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries through online chat in a professional and customer-focused manner - Providing accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and promotions - Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or team - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and positive feedback - Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and customer service

Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or online chat support - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service tools
