Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Online Web Chat Manager to join our team at PPB Group Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in online chat management.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online web chat platform to provide exceptional customer service. - Develop and implement chat strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction. - Train and supervise chat agents to ensure high-quality interactions with customers. - Analyze chat data and performance metrics to make improvements and drive business growth. - Collaborate with other departments to align chat strategies with overall company goals. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat management.

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in online chat management or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Creativity and problem-solving skills. - Presentation skills to effectively convey information to team members and stakeholders. - Confidence and energy to lead a team and drive results. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
