Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

As an Online Web Chat Officer at SIRIM Berhad, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service through online chat support on our website. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information about our products and services. Your duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on product selection.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online chat to provide assistance and support - Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met - Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task - Adaptable and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Planning and organization skills - Proficiency in using online chat systems and other customer service tools
