Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Westports Holdings Berhad is seeking a reliable and confident Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through online web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in computer skills and online chat platforms - A proactive and innovative mindset with a strong adaptability to change
