Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description: IHH Healthcare Berhad is looking for a part-time Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position with a requirement of 2 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be energetic, resilient, have strong decision-making skills, and be able to effectively present information.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via online chat to provide assistance with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online chat experience for customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Document customer interactions and feedback for further analysis and improvement - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or online chat role - Energetic and resilient personality - Strong decision-making skills - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Proficiency in using online chat software and tools - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
