Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level position with 3 years of experience, the Online Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via online chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and technical support. 3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding service standards. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately. 3. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and computer systems. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Planning and cooperation skills to work efficiently within a team environment.
