Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Web Chat Representative at Tenaga Nasional Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a part-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online web chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues. - Ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. - Utilize project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple customer interactions effectively. - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products or services to customers when appropriate. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Requirements: - Independent and dedicated individual who can work effectively in a remote environment. - Strong project management skills to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously. - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate and upsell products or services. - Excellent written communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
