Job Description:

Gamuda Berhad is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are confident, driven, and excel in attention to detail and planning.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries through online chat in a professional and timely manner - Providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer complaints - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers - Staying up-to-date on company products and promotions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using chat software and other computer applications
