Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Boustead Holdings Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing online support to our customers through live chat on our website.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and assist with problem resolution - Monitor and respond to incoming chat messages promptly and efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely information - Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs and concerns effectively - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Adhere to established performance metrics and KPIs to ensure service level agreements are met

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Independent and reliable with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in using web chat software and other relevant tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
