Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

S P Setia Berhad is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level role, we require at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate for this role should be adaptable, dedicated, have strong attention to detail, and exhibit leadership qualities.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to online inquiries and provide support through web chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in the online chat support process. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in online customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Experience with sales or e-commerce is a plus. 6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
