Job Description:

YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a reliable and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Web Chat Specialist in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or online communication.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online web chat to provide support, answer questions, and assist with sales inquiries - Utilize persuasive techniques to encourage customers to make purchases or sign up for services - Cooperate with team members to provide a seamless online customer experience - Analyze chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving customer satisfaction - Work with other departments to address customer issues that may arise during online interactions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
