Penerangan Pekerjaan - Support Assistant

As a Support Assistant at YTL Corporation Berhad in George Town, Penang, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to various departments within the organization. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist with the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes. 2. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. 3. Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for documents and records. 4. Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as needed. 5. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members. 6. Assist in planning and organizing company events and functions. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow. 8. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing support and assistance as needed.


Requirements: 1. Independent and able to work effectively with minimal supervision. 2. Passionate about providing excellent support to colleagues and clients. 3. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 4. Creative problem-solving abilities. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
