Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Support Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Support Assistant will be responsible for providing remote assistance to our customers and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution to their technical issues.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and technical support requests via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues remotely - Providing guidance and support on using products and services - Documenting all interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system - Collaborating with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues - Assisting with training materials and documentation for customers - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support - Strong planning and communication skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proficiency with computer systems and software - High school diploma or equivalent
