Job Description:
Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a passionate and confident Support Assistant to work from home and join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. 3. Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment. 4. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. 6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 7. Confidence to handle challenging situations with grace.
